Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order submission @ quikbox.in. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping costs :- Free Shipping on Pre-paid Orders more than Rs 1,500/- and self-pickup @ our warehouses Other than the above the shipping cost will be at actuals. Rs.150/- per delivery charged on COD orders.
Status of The Order:- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays) hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@quikbox.in with your name and order number and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
